This page provides instructions for submitting a request to permanently delete your account and all associated data from the game Puzzle The Road.

Upon processing the deletion request, please note that all your saved progress, account level, in-game currency (such as Gems or Rubies), achievements, and any connection to social services (Facebook, Google Play Games) will be permanently and irreversibly erased.

How to Submit Your Deletion Request

Processing Time and Confirmation
