User Data Deletion Request for Puzzle The Road
This page provides instructions for submitting a request to permanently delete your account and all associated data from the game Puzzle The Road.
Upon processing the deletion request, please note that all your saved progress, account level, in-game currency (such as Gems or Rubies), achievements, and any connection to social services (Facebook, Google Play Games) will be permanently and irreversibly erased.
How to Submit Your Deletion Request
To initiate the deletion of your data, you must send an official request to our support team via email.
Please follow these mandatory steps:
Open Your Associated Email: Use the email address currently linked to your game account (typically the one used for Facebook or Google sign-in).

Include Verification Details: The body of your email must contain the following information to allow us to locate and verify your account accurately:

Processing Time and Confirmation
Your request will be thoroughly reviewed, and all associated personal and gameplay data will be completely deleted from our servers within 30 days of receiving your verified email request.
A confirmation email will be sent to the originating email address once the deletion process is successfully completed.
Important Notice
We remind you that data deletion is final. Once your data is deleted, we cannot restore your game progress, purchases, or any historical information. Please ensure this is what you wish to proceed with before submitting your request.
